What makes a Reuben a Reuben? If you said corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and rye bread then you already know why we think of this sandwich as not quite normal. It may not be traditional, but it is abnormally delicious.

Add half the olive oil to your favorite toasting pan and let it heat. Then place both sandwiches in the pan with the turkey side on top.

  5. Grip and flip

When toasted to your satisfaction, get a grip on the sandwich with tongs or spatulas and turn it over to toast the other side using the remaining olive oil.

  6. Out of the frying pan...

After it's toasted on both sides, remove the sandwich from the pan and enjoy!
