
Peach Bruschetta with Chèvre Spread and Balsamic Glaze

There aren’t many dishes than can’t be improved with a little bit of balsamic vinegar and goat cheese. Pair them with pan-toasted bread and fresh peaches, though, and you’ve got something extra special. It’s the kind of thing you could eat every day.

Ingredients

1/4 cup fresh basil (stems removed)

2 slices of Italian bread

2 tablespoons olive oil

Country Winds Creamery Chèvre Cheese Spread

Balsamic glaze (to taste)

Toast the bread in a pan
Toast 1" slices of bread with the olive oil in a hot pan.

Don't get them from a can
Dice the peaches and basil and combine in a small bowl.

Heart the sweet tart
Spead a thick layer of cheese on the toast and top with the peach and basil mixture.

Savor the sweet flavor
Drizzle on the balsamic glaze and enjoy!
